Thinking Psychic Harm from within Feminist and South Epistemologies

As a sociologist, psychoanalyst and holder of a Junior Professor Chair dedicated to minority knowledge at the University of Strasbourg, my work and teaching engage with Trauma Studies, Gender Studies and Global South Epsitemologies, drawing on a transdisciplinary approach that brings together history, sociology and political philosophy.
My research focuses on the physical and psychological violence affecting minority groups.
These themes have led me to examine questions of law and mental health from the standpoint of knowledge produced by those who experience violence and who, across different parts of the world, are continuously proposing and sustaining viable alternatives.
